The hotel receptionist, Erin, made our experience fantastic.
We loved the separate living room and fully equipped kitchenette. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony to start our days. We appreciated how clean the suite was. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and we liked how quickly the hot water came on.
There was some construction going on at the time of our stay - we know about it before hadn so all good. We have stayed here many years again and love it so we came back :) the new look and changes are going to be even better
Nice staff. Very clean. Our suite had a good kitchen. We enjoyed being able to use the hotel bikes on the local trails.

The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, pots, pans and utensils. The bathroom was very clean.
Great location and super friendly staff. Very accommodating and the grounds were lovely. They are renovating the property and I am super excited to see what it looks like when it is completed!
The team at Olympic Valley were great - always super helpful and responsive. They put on lots of activities, one which we used was the Ski Tour which was so much fun and hosted by Spencer
